RETURN POLICY

We trust you will love your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied with your item then we are happy to accept your return for refund or store credit. Please read below for details of our returns policy and feel free to email us at returns.lebombshop@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding returns and how we handle such requests. 

Le Bomb Shop has recently introduced a hassle-free returns process. 

All return requests must be placed through our Returns-Portal. Simply enter your order number & email address where required and the system prompts will walk you through the RMA creation. Select the items you wish to return from your order history and decide whether you would like a simple refund or "fee-free store credit." You can print out a pre-paid return shipping label or opt to arrange your own return shipping. 

Returns - The Basics

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of original order date.
  • All returns must submitted through our Returns-Portal.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • All returns MUST include original packaging including, clear garment bag WITH barcode and attached tags (if present.) 
  • All items MUST be folded neatly, be free of any sign of wear, odor and otherwise be in resell-able condition.
  • Restocking fee is waived when a store credit option is selected as opposed to refund.
  • A restocking fee of $6 for the first item and $3 per item thereafter will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders that exercised a "free shipping for orders over ...." option will be subject to a shipping charge should the return result in the threshold not being met.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable, nor are under pinnings, body suits, swim-wear & intimates.
  • Any returns on items ordered as part of a promotion or sale are eligible for store credit only.
  • We do not offer a direct exchange service.

Returns - The Details

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of original order date. If you are in this time frame then please click here to be directed to the returns portal page.
  • All returns and exchange requests must be submitted through our returns portal. Items returned without prior authorization (returns portal) will be refused as our warehouse cannot process a return without this information.
  • All returns must include their original packaging, tags and accessories and must be in un-worn, mint condition. Please take the time to fold the unworn item neatly and place it back in its original clear poly bag - just as you received it. Items returned in worn, soiled, smelly, covered in pet hair, deodorant or makeup marks or damaged condition will not be refunded and will be returned to customer at the customers expense.
  • Any restocking fees will be waived when a customer opts for Store-Credit as opposed to Refund when initiating their return in the Returns-Portal. Please note that the "Fee-free" store credit option is limited to one return cycle.
  • All returns incurr a re-stocking fee of $6.00 for the first item, and $3.00 for each additional item thereafter. The re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund and the remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • If you chose the "free shipping over $.." option when you purchased the item(s) you are returning then you will incur a shipping charge equal to the cost of the original shipping incurred by le bomb shop along with a re-stocking fee of $6.00 for the first item, and $3.00 for each additional item thereafter. The original shipping cost & re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund and the remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • All returns received by our warehouse outside of the 30 day time frame will be refused, no exceptions.
  • If a Final Sale item is sent back as a return we will not issue a refund for that item. If you then ask us to ship the package back to you then you will incur an additional cost for this special arrangement.
  • Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. We apologize but we do not offer free returns at this time.
  • Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
  • All returns take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed & refunded once received by Le Bomb Shop. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process & post this transaction to your account once they receive the information from us. We appreciate your patience.
  • ALL returned items purchased with a discount code, promo code or on sale will only be eligible for a store credit. No refunds will be offered for items purchased with a discount code or promo code.All Final Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.Please see our next section on promo-codes and returns for further information

Exchange Policy

We do not offer a direct exchange service. To keep things simple we treat all exchange requests as simple returns.Our inventory turns over quickly so if you require a simple size up or down swap, please go ahead and place a new order for item / size you need. To return the original item, please click here to go to our returns portal where you will need to enter your original order number along with your email address. Follow the prompts and you will have the option to print out a return shipping label or you can arrange the return shipping yourself. Once your original order has been received we will either issue a refund back to the original payment source, or store credit based on your preferences indicated when opening the return request.

Cancellation Requests & Order Changes

At Le Bomb Shop we have gone to great lengths to streamline our order processing. We process your orders as quickly and efficiently as we can but the downside of this is that there is little to no time to make changes or cancel an order once it has been submitted. We apologize in advance if this causes an inconvenience and encourage you to follow the hassle-free returns process as described above to return your item(s).
